Best Digital Camera for Water Pictures While In The Surf

Curious what some of the water hunters are using for waterproof digital camers. I'm looking to get one I can take into the surf, no waterproof cases, interested in cameras.

I like this one olympus 725, great pic's and waterproof to 16', not just resistant, and shock proof to 5'. A breeze to use and shoot pics with, use it all the time. it also has a strong metal case not junky plastic adn a 3" LCD viewer.

I have used the plastic waterproof throwaway cameras that you can buy in Meijer. They take pretty good pictures too and when you get them developed you get a Kodak disk.

But I am going to look into the Olympus 725. Buy it once and keep it.

i have the pentax w20, all the pic i posted was with it. check around for prices i seen them now below 200.00, because the new w-30 is out now. go to e-bay got mine there with lots of extras. i will show you mine this weekend at daytona , rjnail
