Best Tesoro for Coinshooting in bad soil?

The Tejon (works) here on Oregon and Washington State salt/magnetite beaches but the Vaquero works a lot smoother, and the Fisher CZ's work better than either of them. Inland we here in the west have too much Fe in our soil for a Tejon to behave properly, but the low end Tesoros don't do too badly overall, save for shallower depth. The cz's do well here and the Vaquero's sit somewhere between the cz's and Tejon, and I'm including the mountain areas too. I wouldn't buy the Tejon for the west coast (anywhere), but I would buy the Vaquero. The Tejon drove me nuts with all it's slow retuning and inability to handle both iron junk and iron soil simultaneously.

Garrets for the most part suck big time here, and Nautiluses do too. Whites, Fishers, and Teknetics handle the bad ground best here, and Minelabs have too much electronics activity going on to allow them full capacity discrimination, or good depth of detection.
