I went to a small local - what passes for a beach in my area today and only found 3 pennies and 2 pt's. How depressing! But at least I found something and I did get out. I'll take it!

Yup! Getting outside is all that matters! It has been raining like cats and dogs outside, so i have no been able to get out.

Glad you got outside. I was out for about 15 minutes and found 62 cent. It started sprinkling rain and I had to quit. mumsize, don't get discouraged. You will start finding more soon.

Beat me. I was changing diapers, cooking, and cleaning all day! I even got my detector out and was about to walk out the door when my wife told me she was ready to pass out from lack of sleep (just brought a baby home!). So......instead of metal detecting that early 1900's house...I stayed home even though my wife told me to get out and find some goodies.
