It's been a while since I've been on here but check out this find! Looks to be made from bone. I about lost it when I pick it up and realized what I had found! Looks like he could have held something with his hands, legs have holes like he could have been on a stand? Or maby some moccasins? Any thoughs or information welcomed, approximate age would be appreciated.

Yeah, at 1st all I could see was the outline and thought that it might have been a plastic toy!

Looks pretty ancient, maybe bring it to a native American specialist or a museum. Could it be a long lost Indian treasure?

Thanks guys, looks ancient to me to but isn't the real older stuf more simple? I'll bring it in and have it looked at when I have some more time. It real heavy, and a big chunk of bone I'm thinking whale bone maby?

Yeah, that's an awesome find. It actually looks First Nations to me. As a start, I'd take it to a local museum, someone should be able to shed some light and point you in the right direction. What sort of location was it found at? River bed?

Almost looks like a depiction of a conquistador in mace with out helmet. What area was this found? Desoto route?
