Ok.. I just started sorting all my dug coins... Here are some shots of some Mercs and Roos I have dug...

I see a lone Rosie hidden in that Merc pile!

I see in your sidebar that you use a dfx...did you find these with it...if so did you use the factory programs or your own....

Good eye! I had to go back and check. That's like a five yard foul to allow a Rosie to stay in a Merc pile.

I found these with a couple different machines... a 5900, a 6000, a Spectrum and the DFX. Generally when hunting w/ the DFX I stay in relic mode. If the area is really, really trashy I change heads... drop the AC and up the recovery speed. I do need to point out I mostly hunt Civil War sites or really old houses.. mostly early 1800s or late 1700s.. so I will dig a lot of signals that other people might not but you only have to dig one good iron back button to start diggin the iffy signals. Also, I usually don't have to travel that far to hunt so I can go back multiple times and really just go slow and work each signal.

As an Aussie when I saw "Silver Roos" in the title I got excited and said Crikey lets have a look at them beauties! Great finds you have there but I was expecting a pile of these:
