I don't have a stance one way or the other in regards to different detector companies. If this guy wants to bash Tesoro, let him. Freedom of speech I say....not that I agree with him. I never understood why people care so much about what others opinions are.
Hi CM! I don't disagree with you, and I don't care about an "individual's" honest opinion. What I do care about is SLANDER. I will start by saying I am an Arizonan, with great pride in my home State and the folks that live and work there. Tesoro, and the family that runs it, are Arizona to the core.
In Prescott, a handshake is better than a signed contract in the briefcase of a Harvard Law School graduate. I know the Service Manager at Tesoro personally. Rusty Henry has held that position for 20+ years. When a FISHER DEALER, gets on the TESORO FORUM, and starts making crap up about MY FRIEND, I am offended and angry.
I know Rusty, and if something isn’t right it does not get past his desk – period. I have met and had lunch with Vince Gifford, and met almost everyone that works at the factory in Prescott. This is a small, prideful company. The Americans that work there still take great pride in doing their best EVERY day. When something comes back for repair they take it personally, and seriously.
I chose the Tesoro Lobo SuperTRAQ, as the exclusive VLF nuggetshooter for Arizona Gold Adventures because it is built like a tank, it's easy for our students to learn and use, and it FINDS gold! I send in a dozen or more machines to Tesoro, at the end of our nine month gold prospecting season, for checks and tune-ups. I have been using Tesoro machines since the late 1980s. I have never had a problem or complaint with customer service, nor do I know anyone else that has.
Nope, PERSONAL opinion is a right and you shoot it on out there. But if you are going to make stuff up to boost your sales and trash another’s, then you deserve no quarter.
This is Rusty and me at his house, under Thumb Butte in Prescott. He is holding a 4-oz Australian nugget he detected.
