With only having 1 1/2 hours of sleep I met Possumcop at 6:30 AM and we did a 9 hour hunt with the sweating, rain, not to mention also having to do some paperwork in the woods. Thank God I had some striking paper. Needless to say I felt like an Ol’ Louisiana Swap Donkey. I’m chafing in all the right places. But anyway I got me a 1971 Half Dollar, 1965 Washington, Big 925 Silver Ring, sterling piece of rosary, some kind of necklace piece, 9 wheats, bullet and a slick unknown. It’s smaller than a LC, slightly bigger than a quarter and thinner. It’s slick. For all you Equinox junkies it vdi’s at 21. Very nice hunt. Have you had rain this week? We got rained out today about 9:30. Congrats on the great finds.

Very Nice!!!

Nice finds! Multiple silvers is always good.

Nice hunting! The ring looks to be a spinner or fidget ring. The center of the ring should spin once you get all the dirt out from in between. I found one and soaked it in soapy water and then used my water pic and got all the dirt out. Grats on all the silver!

Marathon man! Way to go T, that's a heck of an effort. I once did a 7 hour day, it was brutal. My sweet spot is 2-3 hours. Keep it coming!

I appreciate that info I’m gonna do it right now I had no idea.

It’s sure does spin!IMG_0012.webp

WTG Truth. Silver and relics definitely make for a good hunt. I can relate to a nine-hour hunt. You don't want to leave when you're finding the good stuff. Congrats to you Mister.

Lol we kept saying “your ready?”, “yeah” kept swinging and no one would say anything else so it went longer and longer lol

Nice silver,congrats

When we going back?

Congratulations on another fine hunt, your killing it truth. You push yourself too hard buddy, don't want to kill yourself too. The bullet is a modern configuration round nose flat point, looks to be .44 or .45 cal.

Don't worry 'ecmo" I got his back just like he had mine not long ago... We bring plenty of water and are most of the time in line of sight or at least hollering distance. Can't let nothing happen to my Bud!!!
