Blue Max 5.3 coil on DFX

I have a 5.3 Blue Max coil I bought years ago for my Classic ID.

I put it on my DFX today and could not get the DFX to ground balance.

I tried different areas but no go.

I switched to the stock 9.5 coil and all was well.

Is the 5.3 Blue Max not compatible with the DFX?
