I agree with Gypsy, I also ate fried Balogna growing up in Michigan.

I love fried bologna. My mom would give us fried bologna with our breakfast eggs if she didn't have any bacon.

Gypsy, Very interesting combination, would have never put all those together. LOL I'll have to try it one day...The mayo part scares me a little.

Buy your bologna by the roll,then you can cut it as thick or thin as you like.Always best if fried, with a slice of American cheese, some Miracle Whip (not too heavy) ,loaded with black pepper and a dash of salt,a little iceberg lettuce,on 2 slices of White bread.Geesh,my first post on this page and it has to be about baloney!
