You gave no context on the find but the end looks like it is intentionally beveled. I have found hundreds of deer ulnas in native sites that were beveled to use as flaking tools.

Thanks for the info! I had not considered this but makes sense. We have found a few other artifacts in the area. I updated the post above to indicate context. It was found on a river gravel bar in Southern Minnesota.
