Been spraying an area that was covered with ground ivy. I did a short hunt there and dug some civil war bullets and ran into a 1920's bottle dump. Always enjoy the bottles. I also found a harmonica still attached by wood and a small pocket knife and a little "D' buckle. I have dug maybe a 100 bullets in and around this area from the battle of Missionary ridge. There is a lot in there it is just going to take some work. Thanks for looking and good luck in all your hunts.

Nice Digs... I drove by Missionary Ridge many times in the last 40 years with detector(s) in vehcle but never had time to search that region.

Great recoveries. I don't know if I have ever seen a harmonica that complete dug before. I only find the reeds. I can't wait to see what else you get from that site.

Yes sir Tn Mtns , that's a great hunt !! Almost a complete harp is something you never see out in the field :icon_thumleft:

Great stuff!!! Is the teapot tin, glass, or brass?

Thanks everyone. Wil,l the tea pot is tin. I do not know if the harmonica is period with the bullets but it is like you say better than just a reed. The cool thing is I know the date, time and who on this particular battle. It was "Bates" who stomped all over this hill. Appreciate the comments.
