Boy Scout Camp Hunt

While hunting an old Boy Scout camp I recovered this disk. It measures 2 1/2" and appears to be coated in brass. Buffalo {similar to the one on the back of a buffalo nickel) on the front and a picture of Niagara Falls and letters on back. Any idea what it is. TomB

Looks similar to some of the Lucky Nickels they have on Ebay.
