There is a name for this recently, one female psychic digital creator is calling it THE GRID and there seems to be another dimension beyond.

Always fact-check this kind of stuff. Turns out it's a fabricated story floating around social media.

They are limited to only scientific studies useful to them.
Several reputable institutions have explored how brain waves relate to internal thought processes, attention, and cognition—not influencing others, but understanding one’s own mental states.

1. Brain waves linked to types of thought
• A study reported in Science News for Students found that specific electrical patterns in the brain correlate with whether someone is focused, daydreaming, or mind‑wandering.

2. MIT research on how brain rhythms shape cognition
• MIT scientists proposed a framework showing how different brain rhythms (beta, gamma) coordinate to produce thought.
• This research explains how your own brain organizes information, not how it affects someone else’s mind.

3. UC Berkeley study on mind‑wandering
• UC Berkeley researchers used EEG to identify brain‑wave patterns that signal when a person’s mind is wandering versus focused.

4. Studies on how neurons shift between thoughts
• Florida Atlantic University research examined how brain rhythms help the brain switch between thoughts.

5. Harvard Medical School research on brain‑wave rhythms
• Harvard researchers studied how certain neurons synchronize brain rhythms to regulate consciousness.

Internal noise reduction in kundalini meditation can make an “ear hum” (nada) noticeable because the brain’s usual sensory chatter quiets down, allowing subtle internal auditory signals to rise into awareness. This hum isn’t created by meditation—it’s revealed by it.
Below is a clear breakdown of what’s happening, grounded in both yogic tradition and neuroscience.

🧘‍♂️ Why the Ear Hum Appears When the Mind Gets Quiet
1. Reduced mental noise unmasks internal auditory activity
When meditation suppresses the brain’s Default Mode Network (DMN)—the system responsible for mind‑wandering and self‑talk—internal sensory signals become more noticeable.
• Research on mantra meditation shows that quieting the DMN increases awareness of subtle internal sensations.

• With less cognitive “static,” the auditory cortex becomes more sensitive to faint internal signals.
This is why the hum often appears only in deep stillness.

🔊 What the “Hum” Actually Is (Physiologically)
Several internal processes can generate a sound-like perception:
• Spontaneous neural firing in the auditory cortex
The brain constantly produces low-level electrical activity. When external input and internal chatter drop, this activity can be perceived as a tone or hum.

About 2 minutes ago checked in to see what the one psychic had to say. There was the post made exactly one hour ago with info on a guided meditation.
The psychic she is Canadian.

Reminds me of hearing the ocean when you put a big seashell to your ear. Your perception filters out a lot, all the time. It has to. You’d go nuts if you were consciously aware of everything you are capable of perceiving.

Yeah, I guess I should have figured, the social media is full of liars.

I recall reading somebody did a study where about a dozen people were hooked up to brainwave monitors and a person in another room tried to send out a message telepathically. I can’t remember the exact results but a couple people got the message and some didn’t get anything at all, but when they looked at the graphs it showed their brain waves responded at the exact same time. They probably just ignored it.

. I found this, not quite the same.

People don't realize that TV actors are trained in what can be known labeled as SENSE MEMORY the core secret behind the entertainment industry. If you try to memorize 5 pages of Soap or Sit-Com scripts the night before, you will flub up in real time. Actor sense memory is far more than reading your lines. This technique combines thinking about past memories of similar situations, which have been traumatic or produced such intense emotion you'll never forget.

In modeling you have what are called FACIALS which use a very similar technique, to produce many different types of expressions, changing their over-all appearance instantly.

That's sounds like me pretty much
Everything external goes through and gets analyzed or waits for its turn to be.
