🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Brass Bowl, looks really old.

It's solid brass. It was important enough to be repaired at least once in its life time. I've never seen anything like it.

I have seen things like this in used or antique stores in the 70's-90's in the mid-west. The pattern may give you more clues to it's origins. Or look online for makers marks on brass bowls so you aren't easily missing one.
