Brass Doohickey

Can anyone figure out what this brass doohickey might be?

I suspect it may be partially bent, but no surfaces indicate that it is broken at all.

It measures about 3.75" long, and both hole areas are marked "1395".

Kinda looks like part of a old window lock. Not the windows that slide up and down but the ones that swing out.

It looks like a coin slot from an old turn of the century arcade machine or slot machine. That was my first thought, but then I just came back from the casino. lol
