🔎 UNIDENTIFIED Brass relic. What is it?

I dug this brass object in an old farm that dates back to the 1700s. Its about 2" , has two small pins and a ring. Looks like a moving part from something. Any ideas?

Maybe a pull ring for a cabinet? Or a drawer.

I doubt it is from the 1700-1800's.
