howdy,

i'm fairly new to this and just gotten a tesoro cibola. have been able to have it out a few times. i kept getting signals,i'd dig and it would be a brick. i know on the adjacent land there was a brick factory, but why would my machine hit on a brick? even after diggin' it i would get a hit by passing it under the coil. also i would get a signal and dig. i'd pass dirt under the coil and it would beep and be nothing noticeable in the dirt. can someone give me an idea of what is goin' on? thanks

Godspeed,

wrr

Sounds like you might have your sensitivity up too high, or there could be a lot of minerals in the soil and the brick. I would check the sensitivity first.

Thats just my 2 memorials

I have had this problem a lot. I was told it was due to coal ash from coal fired furnaces. Find this a lot around old school houses.
