Found at the new permission . There was some rocks that were shallow near the massive oak. Maybe it was being worked and broke so discarded it was

You should have posted this in North American Indian Artifacts, but yes, missing the leading point. May be much more where you found it. Someone in the forum I just mentioned may be able to ID age etc for you.
