Your Buffalo head is from a handle off a Buffalo Brewing cold/ice box. 1890-1900

looks like the picture came out small, but you get the idea...
The Head was riveted to each end of their handle.
These handles sell in the high dollar range and I'm sure if someone were missing one they would love to have it.
