Bronze & Marble Statue - Need Help with the Maker Marks & Age Period

Bronze & Green Marble Statue - Need Help with the Artist History and the other Mark (Manufacter?) & Age Period. I know her name, but there is so much to learn, can all of you please help me? Last thought, what do you think she is worth?

As to the artist, it's all a bit confusing. I have found a reference to a Nicolas A. Mayer (1852-1929, France) signing a similar model as A. Mayer.

(The site actually states the signature as A. Meyer, but that's a typo.)
