What is the rod made of? What is the length? How many pieces, & how many tips? Are there any other markings?

Can you post a picture?

I have a book on antique bamboo rods, but there are no Browning's listed.

it depends on three things..
one if it is a silaflex..
two if the guides and all are not untied or frayed and the cork handle is good
three if you can find someone willing to pay the price for it..

I have bought 4 silaflex rods for anywhere to 10.00 to 100.00 ... two with cases..two without

Sorry for delay in responding. It has a model no. 222970. It has serial no. 546127. It is a two piece rod with 7 eyelets. Says Line 5 on the rod. Hope this helps. It also says Browning silaflex flyrod. Thanks to all who responded. KK

Long story short......maybe 50 bucks...Because materials are changing all the time Lighter, stronger etc.. other that quality bamboo the other stuff such as fiberglass really has no value. This is the truth
