Well, the Button with the backmark "Standard Colour" and possible "Treble Gilt" on the inside near the eye, was made in England 1837-1865. Thats all I got right now, if I find out more I'll post it. 8)

The rectangular item was a buckle, but the center cross-bar is missing. Probably off a horse bridle.
