Buffalo nickels

I have a bunch of buffalo nickels I have heard that there is a way to bring out the date so you can read it. I know of nick a date but also heard that there is another way but it takes a week or more is there anyone else know of a way. I though it was soaking them in vinager will do this is have anyone try this. Thanks for your help. Matt

I sure did not like soaking nickels in vinegar. there is another way but i am sorry i cant remember it. i seen it on a youtube video of something you can put on the date but cant remember.
