✅ SOLVED Bullet ID, please

I found these in the woods over the weekend. They appear to have two rings instead of the usual 3 when I have found minie balls in the past. Are they Civil War era?

I'll second .44-40 WIN without a weight given. Age would be sometime after 1873 to present. In the local soil I dig and re-cast my fired lead bullets and after less than 10 years in the ground they are as white with lead oxide/patina as that.
