Bullion coin weight

[saracasella]

I think this is a bullion coin weight from 1600s 1700s. Does anybody know anything about them that isn't readily found online? It was found in the same spot where there were various other buttons, a small thimble, a cloth bale seal and a random musket ball. There were other pieces of lead found here, too.

Interesting, does look like a coin weight. I can't wait for those in the know to chime in with their knowledge.

Those thin brass/copper ones are different from these thicker bronze types.

Cru, You're right; 5 vs 3; the other two are partially obscured.
