bumping a compadre

I have a compadre, when i bump the coil wire were it comes out of the coil, i hear a beep. other than that it works super. is this normal, my x-terra 505 doesn't do this .

Sounds like just coil wire (metal) slapping. Try securing the wire with a piece of velcro or tape. If just tapping the connection causes a beep then you may have a problem. I am betting that securing the wire will fix the problem though.
