Button Help

I found this a while back and never got around to checking into it. The back mark is "Superior Quality". I would assume it's a civilian button but was curious if it was really old or had any other significance.

Southern Public Utilities Company maybe ? After doing some research. vanzutphen

Maybe something to do with transportation. That looks like a wheel in the center.
