got this button the other day at a cw spot thank it mite be a nc button but can use some help thanks

Looks like either NC210As1 OR NC219A1 (#9 & #13 in the Uniform Buttons book of the US) by Warren K Tice 1776 - 1865 but yours is so worn I can't be 100% sure - it does appear to be an NC button of some type though - cool find -

Yes,I would say that it is the face of a NC 7 State Seal Button listed in Alberts button book page 215.
