Would like to know the history of this button? The back says D. Evans Co. Attleboro Falls that is it.

All I know is that D. Evans is listed from 1848 to 1945. Tony

Marine Corps button. The design of the Marine Corps button was introduced in 1821. Nice!! :icon_thumleft:

US Marine Corps, Enlisted (not officer). (Peachy beat me to it!)

D. Evans & Co. used the "Attleboro Falls" backmark on their black-finished general service buttons from 1918 to 1940. (Source: PBK quoting a different source) :read2:
