Need help identifying this metal detecting find. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Judging from the eyelet it appears to be a small fishing weight.

Or a small ball button

I would guess that if it is brass, it might be a ball button. If it is lead, it probably is a fishing weight.

What about the inside of a small bell? Clapper? Clacker? something like that
