found this in a field today at first I thought i dug a button button I am not sure what it is?

All I know is what he said in the old post. I was thinking bracelet but he says belt or chain. You can see how they would hook together.

Looks like a button from a sweetheart belt. Button companies made them with tabs or loops on the sides, instead of a shank in the middle, so they could be linked togther to form a belt or chain.
