Cadet Jacket

Found at a flea market. Grey cadet jacket with brass buttons containing the State Seal of Kentucky. Not the present day official version adopted in 1962 but an earlier version with two men, one wearing breeches and the other wearing a frock coat. The jacket was made by Lilliey Co. Uniforms of Columbus, OH. Left shoulder insignia, felt on felt. A black circle containing a square. The square is divided diagonally creating 4 triangles with apexes joining in the center. The top and bottom triangles are dark blue. The right and left triangles are yellow. There are Black ribbon chevrons on both lower sleeves. Need information as to, what school? when used?
