How and when did you get that picture ? I was in the 93rd Construction Engineers , Dong Tam RVN supporting the 9th Infantry Division Spring of 1968 to Spring of 1969 right at the end of end of the TET offensive. Dong Tam is / was on the Mekong River !

I did see several of these in the harbor There in Dong Tam on the Mekong River !
