Can anyone tell me what kind of point this is?

I’ve found a few points in fields and but I’ve never found one like this and I’m having a hard time identifying it. Not a super thin point but it’s def well worked. Sorry for the poor pics.

Nice find my guess would be Angostura if thinner Agate Basin ?

I’d say you are correct on that one! It’s definitely unique in my collection, those points are transitional paleo?
 
If I found it here in N GA I would think Copena or Greenville its a beauty whatever the type

Nice find Mad Martigan.

If that point was found in the Great Plains region it would not pass as an Angostura or Agate Basin.
I’m not familiar with your eastern Kentucky point types so will not try to put a name on it.
