Looks like pieces of seashells embedded within the matrix.

I have narrowed it down to three things....
It's either the petrified stomach of an arctic fox, a petrified jumbo brain eating amoeba, or it is Patrick from SpongeBob.

Bottom left corner looks like a gastropod impression. Could be wrong as I am far from an expert

That's an interesting looking rock...it looks a bit like a fossil...maybe try the geological section of Tnet?
