My guess will be as good as the next persons I suppose, but I focused on the letters within centre of the ring.

There is an old alphabet called Passing The River, and I guess one could make a case that the symbols in the ring spell the word KHY.

Look at the 4th column from the left in the below picture.

Of course if that's what it translates to, then here is the meaning of the word KHY.

I think you're going to find that this is a bunch of good luck symbols in many different languages. In the photo I see a turtle , a pyramid , an Ankh, Pisces, infinity, a maltese cross, etc.
