Found this in Lake Michigan. It definitely appears to be a spoon.. Has anyone found anything similar?

Looks like a piece of cast lead.

There are no marks on the reverse side. And I'm sorry, I was unaware that it was lead, therefore I had no idea which forum would be appropriate for me to post on.

It does look like lead but I think it was made to be a mold for something.

It is SUPER light weight.

Looks similar to oriental spoons i've seen in Japanese, Thai and Chinese restaurants.

Maybe someones idea of a 'Shrimp Boat'...

That's alright when I first saw it without enlarging the pic I thought it might be a fossilized mussel shell that's why I asked if it had any markings on the back.
