Candle Hills, Alaska

The Rush is On!

If you live in McGrath, you can see Candle Hills from your front porch! Candle hills is right across the River. This new but old gold mining district was believed to be mined out years ago. New survey data includes multiple inferred discoveries and is destined to be the next big Gold Rush in Alaska. Taiga Mining Company has published mining claims. Others will follow.

I've been busy! I started sniffing around at the data from the airborne helicopter survey. I have been sniffing out Gold all over Alaska since I sold the Ophir mine. Finding Gold on the Takotna-Sterling Landing road made me very curious!
