Found this at a 1905 home in Oklahoma. I’ve tried searching everywhere that I can think
Of and can’t find a match. I’ve gotten suggestions of a ribbon tag, a name plate, a buckle, & a clasp. Nothing dead on to identify it. Any ideas will be much appreciated. Thank You for Your time😊

I agree with Fourman110, the term name tag and souvenir medal/ribbon have been used by various sites to describe items like this.
