Capital One Cut Off

My Capital One supply bank said that capital one is changing their ordering process and might not be able to order me boxes anymore bc the head teller doesn't do the ordering.

Anyone else with a similar experience?

What's in my wallet? $1000 that I wont be spending to get my usual 2 weekly boxes lol. Oh well, on to the next branch...... haha

ya i have a wells fargo telling me they cant order halves since the conversion , funny i tell them , the wells down the street ordered me halves.

Most banks pretty much lie about everything. It all depends on the tellers. You can hit 2 branches of the same bank 3 miles apart and get two completly different stories. Always try to pick the younger tellers. The old hags do not do anything for you.
