It was a great day for a walk down the old road.

That's a big silver, imagine it was in a pile of similar coins on a card table in a saloon once during a high stakes poker game, both players armed with boot pistols. Then once the game ended the loser fired point blank into the other guy's guts. He then took the loot and rode off on his horse, spilling several coins including this one during his mad dash. Then two weeks later the scoundrel was captured, hung, and interred in a shallow grave mere inches from the grave of his victim.

Amazing coin in awesome condition. Maybe it’s just me, but I think that would look great up on the BANNER. Congrats on an incredible coin.

So jealous! That is a stellar find!! Congrats!!

Beautiful

Super nice finds. Congrats!!

Nice find :) Looks like the large date/small letters variety. Somewhere between EF and AU. This one sold last month for $330. Yours looks like it has more detail. Definitely have it slabbed.

Interesting, I didn't notice that on the date but see it now, thanks. Glad I was extremely careful removing the dirt for a grading.
Great work! The more of those finds the better.
