cardinal rock fossil

[beau7johnson]

found what looks like a small cardinal with bright red coloration and bright orange beak with the black features on the face and mohawk typical to most american cardinals. not sure if it is a fossil or some kind of indian art.

[Indian Steve]

You have found a cool rock. Not a fossil, not man made, just a cool natural rock.

Thank you Steve. I stuck it in a flower pot last week and came home to a Great Horned Owl flying out of my garden trying to take the little thing.
