Got this from my mother. She had gotten it from my stepfather who passed away in the 90s. I don't know much about it . The writing on the blades is worn down

Your seems to be an older version of this one, there are several others like this o similar on the internet at present, it appears they may still be being made and sold, I'm guessing to tourists.
