As i had to endure this whole trial due to the wife i have come to a conclusion. Me and the wife disagree but i believe she IS guilty BUT there was not enough evidence! As much as i would hate to say because i would deff. like to see her on death row. I would have said not guilty ..........

Nancy Grace and Jane the drunk valez spoiled this case from the first day!!!!!! they should be hung!!!!!

The orlando cops were worthless,, as was the prosecution.

I say she killed her daughter by accident and the whole family tried to hide the fact!!!!

but like i said that is a personal opinion! Show me the evidence she killed her! Yea she was out partying while her child is missing! WHERE IS THE EVIDENCE?!!?!?!?! Trust me i THINK she is guilty as well BUT there was no incriminating evidence against her proving that! I know i got a target on my head but thats ok i normally do on here! Just remember before you hang me I DO THINK SHE IS GUILTY!

I live in Orlando, followed the case since Caylee went missing, my work office is across the street for the courthouse where the trial was held......

I wouldn't have cared if I was the only holdout on a hung jury, I would have voted guility till the chickens came home to roost or the judge declared it a mistrial.....

Just on.......Casey will plead the 5Th to her charges being brought by the real Zenaida Gonzalez who's life has been turned upside down.

She can't use the 5Th amendment to hide behind on any questions about Caylee, because of the double jeopardy rule since she can't be tried twice for the same crimes she wouldn't be incriminating herself and will be subject to contempt of court, and if she lies under oath it is perjury both are crimes that earn jail time......

I don't know. but if she did it, why did her dad tell his girlfriend, that she drowned in the pool. as far as finding a hair that is consistent with a dead body, hair is already dead linking it to a body without DNA or something to compare it to, is impossible.
in interviews with some jury members after the verdict, they felt that she was guilty, the prosecution didn't prove it. they had too many inconsistencies. just because they smelled something dead doesn't prove anything. it could have been a steak left in the trunk for all we know. anybody that has smelled a dead animal carcus can tell you it's a one of a kind smell, however, all animals, when decomposing smell the same, even humans, and yes, I've had the unpleasant event of finding a friend that committed suicide, so I know what it smells like.
fact is, the prosecution arrested her and charged her without proof beyond a reasonable doubt. they were pressured by the public and people like Nancy Grace to arrest her. once you arrest someone the clock starts ticking on a speedy trial. they didn't have time to completely build the case to convict, they had to go to court with what they had and it wasn't enough.
everybody here is worried about her getting off, but what about all those people out there that were convicted of a crime and spent years in prison, only to be let out because DNA proved them innocent? what do you say to them, oops I'm sorry you spent 20 years in prison, here's 50 bucks for your time. face it, she was aquited of the murder, but convicted on 4 counts of hindering prosecution. she did the time for that.
let it go, she'll get hers in the end, they always do.

I'm not sure, but the case against her re: Zenaida is a CIVIL proceeding, not a Criminal one. Possibly she still needs to "protect" herself.
