cast iron cap gun ?

this was not found with a md i was digging a drain out by a spring , the other in a ground hog hole with the marbles on the edge of a corn field, the bullet was found near the 4 hole outhouse , then two dimes and a nickle 1/2 in down , and the two zincs next to sidewalk, others where on the road by a stop sign

it is a 22 mag, a early one with a heavy copper jacket over lead , dates to late 1950s-mid 1960s
