Cast iron post hole diggers

I plucked this out of an old trash pit today. I've never seen post hole diggers made out of cast iron before. Anyone know the approximate age of these?

Interesting design with replaceable blades. It looks like it would be hard to mount the handles.

I have no idea of the age.

75 years, 8 months, 16 days, 13 hours, 29 minutes(approximately)! I have never seen cast iron ones, however I used so many steel ones that I learned to hate them! How many post holes on a fence that encloses a square mile? Too damn many!
