CATS!!! ARRGGGHHH!

Tippy loves to be with me, at night watching TV, she laid on top of my recliner chair. In bed, she sleeps on top of my head, and wake me up during the night to eat.

My other cat is a plain grey and white, I named her Ivy, because that is where I found her, in our Ivy plant, her and Cleo did not get along real well, Cleo being the Alpha, but now that Cleo is gone, Ivy seems lost and just wanders around the house crying.

Yeah, I've noticed that in animals. Even rodents. I saw a dead squirrel in the road, it hadn't been there a half hour before when I drove by. Three other squirrels were trying to get it to get back up. Ivy might need a new friend, although bringing a new cat in can be an adventure. I used to do what the vets said, bring them in, keep them separated for a few days, slowly acclimate. Now I bring 'em in, set 'em loose and let 'em have at it! No cat injuries so far!

I am heartbroken, Cleo passed away today

My condolances friend, everytime one of my cats passes (pets in general I should say) I get so worked up and sad, I always come to the conclusion that I have to refrain from getting a new one....
And then after a little while life puts another one of these furballs on my path and I just fall for them and adopt them.

Here's Moonshine, a rescue Siberian Cat. First few times we saw her she was living on the streets around our appartment building. It was winter and she was very skinny... One guy in our building was a host family for our local shelter, so he took her under his wing. About a month later he had to move so we adopted her. She was wiiiiild, took me four years to tame her. We have strong bond now. He triple coat keeps growing if you don't trim it, it gets insanely long and puffy.

She had a surprise in store for us though. After a couple weeks we realized she was getting big. A visit to the vet concluded with us learning she was gonna give birth in the next weeks. She was about a year old. She had 5 very healthy kitten, we kept one, Mario. Today at 4 years of age, he is slim as it gets but still weighs about 13 pounds. Big Boy he is, his mom is about 2 and a half pounds lighter

Thank you, what beautiful kitties, that is the way it goes doesn’t it? We don’t really find and pick them, they seek us out.

I have no cats available at this time. My Maine coon, well, he's not real bright, but makes a great bed warmer. He likes to sit on the back of the couch and supervise the buying of cat food on the internet with me! The word he reacts to best is "move!" He is very sweet.

my cat has anxiety issues we both seein therapists
