Had an appointment in the city today then went thrift store exploring. Bought a bit of gold, nothing to write home about for deals. Then went to a flea market that was open and bought a gold filled make up compact for $25 and it weighs 103 grams so that was ok for the future recovery project. Bought 5 little Birks Sterling bowls for $150
I could flip the gold filled also as they're buying it up.
Drove a few miles to see a certain store and finally found it.
Looked at the tray of charms. $20ea. I was picking out the heavy ones and asked if she'd cut a deal on quality.
"Everything is 75% off in the store"

403 gr total $730 includes the Birks.
Spot on .925 is
Bought 6 lbs of gold plated material for $70.
I'll put some on auction as prices are crazy high right now.
She must have 25 large totes of jewelry in the back.
I asked her the tote price.
