My grandfather built the house I'm living in now. Evidently he couldn't p**p very well. I found dozens of those bottles in the woods behind the house, on top of the ground and buried with other bottles.

Wife is happy. Been on a bottle drought for a while. Flipped it out in a draw while digging out one of the hoes. Any day hunting is a good day but helps to find one for the wife. Happy hunting.

Looks like Fletcher bought the rights and had production, under Chas H Fletcher Castoria, in 1872. Castoria was intended as a laxative for children, vs castor oil for adults.

I remember drinking castor oil when I was 5-6 years old. Definitely not sold for its flavor!
