Check Pawn stores !

Today I purchased 7 Peace dollars for $86 at a pawn store....that's $12.29 each. Melt value is $13.27 which is 7.4% below melt value. Their condition was G to XF. About a yr ago, I purchased a Civil War era VG-10 1861 Seated Liberty half for $20. Check your pawn shops!!

Too bad none of the pawn shops here will deal with coins.

Sounds like they're buying waaaay under spot, and are willing to let them go a little under spot for a quick profit. Strongly recommend you talk with the pawn store owner or manager and ask them to contact you when coins come in.
